About Stock Auto Body and Mechanical

In 1987 Kent Eberhart purchased Gary Stock Auto Body. It was a bold move for a grocery store manager turned auto painter. Kent believed that the old shop could have a new life. Collision repairs would be it's future. A real turning point for Kent was a chance attendance to a 3M sponsored Auto Repair Management Seminar (ARMS). This opportunity opened a door for Kent to begin a professional management push for his business. It was during this time that Kent was inspired to create the "Invisible Repair Method". A method that is still in use today.

During the first years Kent and his crew worked together to transform the old shop into a clean, modern and very streamlined facility. As time has gone on, the shop has expanded to accommodate the growing list of clients. Kent has surrounded himself with a top-quality staff that is lead by the highly experienced General Manager Matt French and Operations Estimator/Coordinator Jeanna Goodson. Suzanne Eberhart is the Office Manager, a job that she has done professionally for many years. Suzanne, Gina and Matt bring a high-quality element to the Stock Auto Body team.

In 2014, Stock Auto Body added mechanical services in response to customers who loved our collision work and thought they'd love Stock Auto Body and Mechanical even more.
